Process Improvement

We work with clients to define their current reality and describe the preferred future reality of a given process.  This is done in the context of the whole system (see Systems Thinking) to ensure that improving the specified process will not [unconsciously] sub-optimize another process. We help the client explore their current and preferred mental models, systemic structures, and observable behaviors to define what needs to be done to bring about the desired future.  We also assist the client in selecting and influencing one or more sponsors for the improvement process to help assure success.

Specific interventions may include basic and advanced training related to quality improvement tools, simulation and case study exercises, direct and immediate experimentation, and accelerated focused process improvement.  All interventions are designed to produce clear, measurable results.
